Terms & Conditions – Awards

  1. GFM AWARDS
    1. GFM may, in its absolute discretion, declare a Customer the recipient of a GFM award and no Customer may declare itself a recipient of a GFM award without the prior written consent of GFM.
    2. Any recipient of a GFM award shall adhere to these Conditions in any confirmation or publication of its obtainment of a GFM award and any use of any logos or other Intellectual Property Rights that confirm the Customer as a recipient of a GFM award.
    3. On receipt of a GFM award, GFM shall licence to the recipient Customer a fully paid-up, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use any such Intellectual Property Rights as set out in writing by GFM to the recipient Customer, for the purpose of confirming and publicising its receipt of the GFM award, subject to the Customer abiding by these Conditions. This licence may be revoked at any time by GFM without reason by notice in writing to the recipient Customer.
    4. The Customer in receipt of a GFM award shall obtain the prior written consent of GFM prior to publicising its receipt of the GFM award.
